SmarSort Horizontal Functional Principle:

Each line has three intelligent queuing belts that position articles arriving from one or two conveyor sources at distances enabling subsequent functions.

Articles are first scanned and then gently merged or diverted according to customer-specific datasets: line-independent variable mixing, one-to-one crossover by line, line oriented diverting.

The modular design of the "Horizontal" SMARTSORT module facilitates quick adaptation to specific customer performance and nominal width requirements.

Its high-speed switch units can divert or merge more than 6000 articles per hour from a mixed in-feed flow.

Thanks to its dynamics, the swivel module can divert or merge more than 3000 articles per hour from a mixed in-feed flow.
