45° SKATEWHEEL OUTFEED UNIT

Functional Principle:

The skatewheel outfeed unit is a compact module equipped with one or several rows of driven skatewheels integrated into the roller line. The laminated skatewheels are driven by a central drive shaft and can be swivelled at an angle of 45 degrees to the conveying direction to direct the loads to the adjoining conveyor section.

The integration of several skatewheels arranged closely to each other makes it possible to use the skatewheel diverter for a variety of unit loads.

Bins and containers with hollow bottoms should not be used because they do not maintain sufficient contact with the outfeeding elements.
